AntiCrysys provides cyber leadership development and consulting services, training classes, and presentations. We work with organizations to develop leadership in cybersecurity in roles such as team leads, CIO, CISO, and ISO. We work with individuals that want to transition into cyber leadership, and those within leadership who need guidance on how to build effective and sustainable strategies for all aspects of security. 

The Phoenix represents transformation from the technical roles into leadership roles, organizations helping create leaders, and helping others achieve their goals in leadership.

There is a leadership crisis in many organizations from a cyber security perspective. This crisis is often eventually realized in the form of employee burnout, siloed teams and individuals, employee attrition, stagnating skill sets, and lack of operationalization within departments and teams. Our vision is to help reframe leadership in a way that makes it well understood, respected, supporting, and effective.

It has also been said there is a talent shortage in information security. Our goal is to help you navigate this perceived crisis by building effective leaders, identifying and hiring non traditional cyber talent, and providing training programs for those within security.
